Job
Purpose :
Position
exists to : Plan & Implement QMS at all OMS sites. Establish & maintain
quality assurance processes, Execute audits inspections & performance
assessments of different types.
The main area of focus:
???Implementation
of QAP & QCP (QCPIR) for OMS, across all Sites
???Support
OMS in achieving Machine availability & improvement of MTBF & MTTR? ?
???Establish
& maintain IMS audits & support IDRV, PDCA, Technical Audits
???Promote,
Monitoring & Tracking of DCM Process, ECP, ECN, EI, TCI?
???Support
HOTO process? at sites, for timely
closure of all punch points
???Ensure
all failures are reported in the NCR portal
???Monitor
& track NCR process & Timely closure of Non Conformities
???Analyse
the repetitive failures/ nonconformities & carry out CAPA for horizontal
deployment
???Monitor
& control, the C2Q against NCR & TCI Costs WRT the budget & track
of SCB/ Insurance claims
???Implementation
of Skill Enhancement program for OMS & contract employees at sites
???Analyze & propose resolution actions
related to product/process related field failures (NCRs, Audit observations,
Error management, PM/PCI - NCs, Customer complaints)
???Support
NPD process by providing inputs for various field failures
???Support
PFMEA for New Products?
???Establish
& support receiving inspection activities at state Ware-house/site stores
???Carry
out Supplier performance measurement, monitoring & improvement
???Monitor
Storage & handling methods of stock items & follow FIFO practices
???Carry
out supplier/contractor audits periodically?
Qualifications :
Qualifications : BE/ Diploma - Electrical / Mechanical
