Mr. Girish R. Tanti, is one of the Promoters, Director of the Company and a sibling
of Mr. Tulsi Tanti. He comes with an extensive experience of 11 years in business
management. Since 1995 he has played a vital role in the growth of the business,
internationalisation of Suzlon and building the brand Suzlon. He transformed the
wind turbine manufacturing from a local dream into an international reality. Mr.
Girish Tanti now works in a strategic, supervisory role as a mentor and is a member
of the Board.

Mr. Ashish Dhawanis the co-founder of ChrysCapital, a private equity
fund that currently manages approximately U.S.$2.25 billion across five funds. Mr.
Dhawan is a graduate Mathematics and Economics from Yale University and a post graduate
in business administration with distinction from Harvard University. He is the Senior
Managing Director of ChrysCapital based in New Delhi and was also appointed as an
independent Director on the Board of ChrysCapital III.

Mr. V.Raghuraman, an internationally recognized specialist in energy management,
energy efficiency, energy policy, regulatory and technology issues is a Chemical
Engineer by qualification. He was Chairman of the World Energy Efficiency Association
and also served the ASSOCHAM as Secretary General. Armed with his qualification
and subject matter expertise he is the currently Principal Adviser & Chief Coordinator
– Energy, Environment & Natural Resources of the Confederation of Indian Industry
(CII) Energy Program.

Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Jha, aged 45 years has been working with Power Finance Corporation
Limited (PFC) since March 1997. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Science (Mechanical
Engg.) from Ranchi University and a Diploma in Management from IGNOU. Mr. Jha has
overall 23 years of experience and is presently holding the position as Additional
General Manager (Projects), PFC and is single point contact for the State Utilities
in Haryana and Punjab as well as handling the Renewable Energy portfolio of PFC.
He has also worked on Project Appraisal (especially of Independent Private Power
Projects) & Ultra Mega Power Projects in PFC. Before joining PFC, he has worked
with Visakhapatnam Steel Plant from November 1988 to February 1997 and dealt with
Operation and Maintenance of Plant and also in Material Planning.

Vinod R Tanti, 48, Civil engineer and sibling to Tulsi Tanti joined Suzlon Wind
in 1995. In his 24 years of industry experience he has handled diverse portfolios;
largely on a Conceive - Design - Build -Operate and Transfer model. Since Dec 08,
he has been designated as Chief Supply Chain Officer with the mandate to reorganize
it into a highly aligned, lean, productive & competitive Organization. V R Tanti
brings in both; experience of the entire wind value chain segments as well as process
centricity & innovativeness. His focus areas are creating alignment and deriving
synergy within & between value chain components.

Marc Desaedeleer is the Chief Investment Officer of Citi Venture Capital International
(CVCI). Prior to his current role, Marc Desaedeleer led CVCI’s business in CEEMEA
and India. Prior to this he was a senior manager of Citibank’s Corporate Banking
business in over 20 countries focusing on Central Europe and Russia. In prior positions
within Citigroup, Marc Desaedeleer was Business Manager for Citibank’s Corporate
and Investment Banking business in France; managed several international businesses
within Citbank’s Investment Banking group including ADRs; and was responsible for
Citibank’s strategy in Global Equities. Before joining Citigroup, Marc Desaedeleer
worked for several international companies including Sulzer (Switzerland) and Lisnave
(Portugal). Marc Desaedeleer holds an M.B.A. degree from Carnegie Mellon University
and Masters in Science degrees from the University of Louvain (Belgium).

Mythili Balasubramanian, has an experience of over 30 years in the Banking and Financial
Sector. After an initial stint of about 8 years in the Commercial Banking Sector
joined in December 1987 as Industrial Finance Officer. Over the last 23 years, has
risen to the rank of Chief General Manager and during this period has managed varied
portfolios including Project Finance, Resource Raising, Treasury and Investment
Portfolio. She was also chosen as a core team member by the Bank for setting up
of its Mutual Fund Arm. After setting up of IDBI Investment Management Company and
IDBI Mutual Fund Arm between 1993 to 1996, returned to the parent organisation and
handled Resource Raising, Public Issue of Bonds as also Treasury Functions in the
next 3 years. She was in-charge of the Equity Investment Portfolio of the Bank for
about 3 years and subsequently was in-charge of Sothern Region for the Mid Corporate
Group over the next 3 years. Currently, in the capacity as Chief General Manager,
is heading Structuring, Syndication and Advisory Department of the Bank.

Bharati Rao has over 40 years of experience in the banking and financial sector,
having joined State Bank of India, the largest bank in India, in 1972. Since then
she has held both domestic and international positions and titles, covering areas
such as project finance, credit and risk management, development of foreign offices,
human resources and mergers and acquisitions. In 2008 and 2009, she played a key
role in the planned merger between State Bank of India and State Bank of Indore
(which completed in 2010). Presently she acts as a director on the boards of various
State Bank of India subsidiaries and Vijaya Bank and acts as an advisor to a number
of companies and other corporate entities, including EXIM Bank and Brickworks Ratings
Company. She has been an Independent Director on the Board (on behalf of State Bank
of India) since 13 August 2012.

Mr. Ravi Uppal, who is a Mechanical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and who has also completed his Advanced Management Programme at Wharton Business School, the USA, has been responsible for driving L&T’s rapid growth in the power generation business, where he joined as President (Power) & Wholetime Director and served till 15th September 2012. Before taking his responsibility with L&T Group, Mr. Uppal spent over 22 years with the ABB Group and was their President Global Markets and Member of the ABB Group Executive Committee based in Switzerland. Preceding his tenure with ABB, Mr. Uppal established and developed Volvo’s operations in India from scratch as Volvo’s Managing Director and Country Manager, ushering in a new era and concept of commercial transportation in the country. Prior to taking up the Volvo challenge, Mr. Uppal served with ABB for 16 years in several senior management capacities in India, the Middle East, North Africa, Germany and Sweden. Amongst the many accolades he has received in his career, Mr. Ravi Uppal was awarded the Royal Order of the Polar Star by the King of Sweden and named a Knight of this Order in recognition of his invaluable services to Sweden. He was also bestowed with the Marketing Award 2005 by the Institute of Marketing Management, India and named among ‘India’s Best of the Best’ by Smart Manager magazine. Mr. Uppal has also been honoured as a Distinguished Alumni by his alma mater, IIT Delhi.
